SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery charges is a flat rate of $2.50 per pair anywhere in the USA. When your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 2 to 7  days for delivery. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We currently offer one shipping option within the United States, Standard Ground via FEDEX or USPO. With Standard Ground, most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 2 to 7  days. SAY THE SUN is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Internationally shipping  can be made via special request through submission. Generally international shipping is is very expensive so consider purchasing a few pairs to justify the cost. Average cost for international package is $50, send ship to address and units for accurate cost.

SHIPPING TO A P.O. BOX

When shipping to a PO Box we use USPO and special handling will add 2 days to days in route.

TRACK PACKAGES

Find the FEDEX OR USPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at LO to Log on to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the  website.

If your order appears late, remember:

• Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

The first confirms that your order has been received your order confirmation number will be included; this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.

The second confirms that your order has been shipped any tracking information will be included; this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours after your package is shipped.
